It's stupidly filling, easy to make, and you can make it as low as 300 calories if you're really trying to save calories ππΌ
All you need is:
ππΌ Zero sugar jelly mix
ππΌ Greek yogurt, protein yogurt, or protein custard of your choice (code LEE if you use @musclenation protein custard hehe xo)
ππΌ Frozen or fresh fruit of your choice (I like some form of berries)
ππΌ For those with extra calories, you can add granola, chia seeds, cereal, muesli, chocolate syrup, etc.
