Boil the Buldak noodles and reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
In a bowl add the Buldak sauce packet, Buldak powder packet, Mayo, Minced Garlic, and Egg Yolks and give that a good stir.
Add the reserved 1/2 cup of noodle water into the bowl and stir until smooth.
Toss the cooked noodles with the sauce, then top with Cajun Honey Rub, Lobster, Steak, Boiled Ramen Eggs, and chives.
Season the steak: a good steak like this only needs salt and pepper, but the Cajun Honey Rub goes on everything—brush or rub it on before cooking.
Cook the steak in a medium-high pan and sear, flipping every minute, until the internal temperature reaches 120°F for medium-rare (or cook over an open fire as preferred).
Let the steak rest for 5–10 minutes; the temperature will carry up to about 125–128°F. Slice and serve over the noodles.
For the ramen eggs: boil your eggs for exactly 6 1/2 minutes, then plunge them into an ice bath to stop the cooking process; peel and halve before topping the ramen.
