In a large bowl, combine the Rolled Oats with enough Milk and Plain Yogurt to create a creamy but still slightly textured base.
Core and grate or finely dice the Apple; toss it with the Lemon Juice to prevent browning and add a fresh tang.
Stir the apple into the oat mixture, then add Honey to taste and mix well so the sweetness is evenly distributed.
Fold in the Raisins and roughly chopped Hazelnuts for bursts of sweetness and crunch.
Let the müsli sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to soften the oats, or cover and refrigerate overnight for a creamier, soaked texture.
Serve chilled or at room temperature as is, or loosen with a splash more milk or a dollop of yogurt if you prefer it creamier.
