Spoon the Smetana into a medium mixing bowl and smooth it with the back of a spoon.
Finely chop the Dill (stems removed if you prefer a milder texture) and add it to the bowl.
Stir the dill into the smetana until evenly distributed.
Season the mixture with a pinch or two of Fine Sea Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper; mix and taste.
Adjust salt and pepper to your liking, adding a bit more dill if you want a stronger herb flavor.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Serve chilled as a sauce for potatoes, fish, grilled veggies, or as a dip.
