Method
Pour a bottle (about 750 ml) of Spanish Red Wine into a large pitcher.
Thinly slice one Orange, one Lemon, and one Apple, then add the slices to the wine.
Stir in 2–4 tablespoons of Granulated Sugar, adjusting to your preferred sweetness, until it begins to dissolve.
Add a generous splash (about 1/4 cup) of Spanish Brandy and stir to combine.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the fruit to macerate and the flavors to meld.
Just before serving, add chilled Lemon-Lime Soda to taste and plenty of Ice Cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses.
Gently stir, taste and adjust sweetness or soda if needed, then serve in glasses with some of the macerated fruit as a garnish.
