Method
Slice the Leberkäse into 1/2-inch (about 1 cm) thick slices so they heat evenly.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil or butter, and fry the Leberkäse slices 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned and heated through; alternatively, warm them under a broiler for 3–4 minutes.
Split the White Roll horizontally and, if you prefer, toast the cut sides briefly in the skillet or under the broiler until just crisp.
Spread a generous layer of Bavarian Sweet Mustard on one or both roll halves, place the hot Leberkäse slices inside, close the roll, press lightly, and serve immediately.
