Mango Lassi
4.6
🇮🇳 Indian
This Mango Lassi is a silky, tropical yogurt drink that’s brightened with sweet mango and a whisper of warm cardamom. Thick, creamy, and refreshingly cool, it makes a perfect breakfast sipper or a soothing afternoon treat. Quick to make and irresistibly fragrant, it feels like summer in a glass.

Method
Peel and roughly chop the Mango into chunks suitable for blending.
Place the mango chunks in a blender with Plain Whole-Milk Yogurt, Milk, and Sugar.
Add a pinch of Ground Cardamom for warmth and a handful of Ice to chill and lighten the texture.
Blend on high until completely smooth and frothy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender.
Taste and adjust: add more sugar if you prefer it sweeter or a splash more milk to thin to your liking; add a touch more cardamom if you want a stronger spice note.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately, optionally garnishing with a tiny pinch of cardamom or a few mango slices.
