Mix the rose base
In a jug or mixing glass, stir the Rose Syrup together with the Water until the drink turns an even pink and the syrup is fully dissolved. Keep stirring along the bottom and sides so no concentrated syrup settles in a sticky layer.
Add the milk
Divide the pink drink between 2 glasses, then slowly pour the Evaporated Milk into each one so it ribbons through the rose mixture. Serve right away for the prettiest swirl, or stir gently if you want a more uniform creamy pink drink.
