Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C and set the timer for 20 minutes.
Toss the Chicken Breast, Red Bell Pepper, Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, and Broccoli with Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper, and Herbes de Provence in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Arrange the chicken and vegetables in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a little space for air to circulate.
Cook at 180 °C for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket or turning the ingredients halfway through so everything cooks evenly; check that the chicken reaches a safe internal temperature and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
Remove from the air fryer, let rest a couple of minutes, then serve warm.
