Chill the Young Spanish Red Wine and Gaseosa thoroughly before assembling so the cocktail stays crisp and refreshing.
Fill a large glass with plenty of Ice.
Pour equal parts Young Spanish Red Wine and Gaseosa into the glass (a 1:1 ratio is traditional, but adjust to taste).
Add a squeeze of fresh Lemon and drop a thin slice into the drink as garnish.
Gently stir once to combine, taste and adjust with more lemon or soda if desired, then serve immediately.
