Thai Red Curry Paste (Tomato or Roasted Red Pepper, Reduced‑Sodium, Reduced‑Oil) is a Thai-style red curry paste (tomato or roasted red pepper base) commonly used to flavour soups, stir-fries and curries in Southeast Asian cuisine. It is known for its bright, spicy-savoury profile from ingredients like red chiles, garlic, lemongrass and galangal.
As a reduced-sodium, reduced-oil formulation it still delivers some texture and bulk, providing about 4g of fiber per 100g; the tomato/pepper base also contributes vitamin A and vitamin C from the vegetables.
Because it’s made from red peppers and tomatoes it supplies antioxidant compounds such as carotenoids and polyphenols, and the reduced oil/salt version is a practical way to get curry flavour with fewer added fats and sodium compared with standard commercial pastes.
